This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through this website, including information submitted through our repair form, live chat, email links, and other website features. Information collected during an in-person or separately contracted repair may also be governed by a work order, customer agreement, purchase order, or other service document.
When you contact us or request service, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, organization or school, device information, asset or serial numbers, repair concerns, shipping or pickup details, and anything else you include in a form, email, or chat message. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive information unless VT Services specifically requests it through an approved process.
Our website and third-party tools may automatically process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages visited, timestamps, approximate location derived from an IP address, cookie identifiers, and interaction data needed to operate embedded content and live chat.
The website links to a Google Form for repair requests and embeds or links to Google services such as Google Maps and YouTube. When you open or use those features, Google may receive information you submit along with technical information about your browser, device, IP address, and interaction with its services. Form responses are made available to VT Services so we can respond to your request.
Google processes information under its own Privacy Policy. Your Google account and browser settings may provide additional controls.
We use Tawk.to to provide live chat and customer support. When the chat widget loads or you begin a conversation, Tawk.to may process chat content, contact details you choose to provide, IP address, online identifiers, pages visited, and browser or device information on VT Services' behalf.
Tawk.to uses cookies and browser storage to maintain chat sessions, remember preferences, recognize returning visitors, and understand widget activity. VT Services may share information with vendors that help provide forms, chat, hosting, email, maps, video, shipping, payment, security, professional, or technical services. VT Services does not sell personal information for money.
